About the Rans Clan

Thanks for visiting RansClan.com! RansClan.com was started in November of 2007 and is an online community for those interested in the Rans series of homebuilt aircraft.

You don't have to own a Rans plane to get involved. This website is for anyone interested in learning more about these exciting, affordable airplanes.

RansClan.com is updated every Monday with community news, builder reports, travel stories, or any other items of interest. Test your Private Pilot knowledge every Monday with a new eight question Monday Quiz! Don't worry though...it's just for fun and no one can see your score!

We also have the Rans Clan Forums in which you may participate. This is a great way to discuss an airplane you may be interested in or to ask questions about getting started.
