First I had to cut out this plastic cover for the leading edge bolts. The one on the left is how it comes from the factory and the one on the right is the finished one. |

Next I added the anti-chaff tape to all corners. |

Here's the upper part of the rib and the aft edge of the leading edge wrap. |

Here you can see the first
step of covering a wing. A reduced mixture of U-500 is applied to all
the surfaces (except the ribs). Once this dries (only takes a few minutes) I'll put on the second coat. |

Here is that plastic bolt cover. It is glued on with the same U-500 mixture. What happens is the MEK in the glue melts the plastic and glues it to the wing. |
