Today I 'built' my wheels. Basically I just put the tires on the rims.
The wheels come built but have to be disassembled to put the tires on and to safety wire some bolts.
Here's what they look like all torn apart.
To put the tires on, wipe the area around the rim with soapy water.
Then put the two wheel halves back together!
Fill the tire with air and the tire will seat itself on the wheels. Use lots of soapy water!
