baggage door hinges... |

1. Mark and cut a slot
in the door for the hinges to fit through. |

2. A Dremel tool is the
best way to cut a clean slot. |
 |
3. Slide the hinge into
the slot and drill three holes for the rivets in each hinge. |
 |
4. I decided to use
flush mounted rivets so I used the C-frame dimpler to dimple the holes
in the door frame. You will also need to counter sink the hinges if you
are going to use flush rivets. |

5. Check it out! The
rivets sit flush and I may even fill them in with Super-Fil and hide
them forever. |
