Started working on my new baggage door frame. This is a piece that never seems to fit 'just right' and I'll have to accept 'good enough' with this. The baggage door frame is a straight piece of aluminum going on a curved piece of airframe (top longeron).
Here it is cut and clecoed on.
This is where all the work is done! This end is cut and trimmed to fit.
