Started gluing the covering down today with great results!
I started with gluing about a 1" line down the length of the rear spar.
Then I did the same thing for the front spar.
After the trailing edge and leading edge spars were complete, I glued both tips. In this picture, the root end is shown cut but not yet glued.
Next I flipped the wing over so I could finish with the bottom of the spars. Here is the line of glue I spread where the fabric will be cut.

Notice how wrinkled the fabric is right now where it will get glued to the spar?

Now look at this wrinkle free perfect finish! How did I do it? I started at the wingtip and worked in about one foot sections by first ironing the fabric smooth, then gluing it. I am extremely happy with the results.

Now...on to the rear spar! (after the Super Bowl!!)
