I made a lot of progress today on the wings.

ATTENTION: Before you get started, DO NOT install the nuts on any of the diagonal tubes. The tubes will come on and off a number of times while fitting the ribs so don't wear out your nylon nuts!

Here is the basic layout of the spars and compression tubes. Both wings are completed to this point.

Now I am working on the left wing. Once I get to the point of installing the fuel tanks, I'll switch wings and get the right wing caught up. This photo shows a teflon piece for the flap cable (I think) that gets riveted on.

These are the aileron bellcranks. Notice how the hole has to be filed open to fit the bearing housing? Then all the holes are drilled...

Then it is bolted to the compression tube.
