Here is the extremely simple jig I've come up with to hold the flaps,
ailerons, rudder, and tail pieces. |

The flap is on the 'jig'
and ready for primer. |

It is held to the 2x4 with
a cheap hinge and a threaded rod...all available from Home Depot. |

You can easily rotate the
whole thing... |

Now it is flipped over and
I will be able to spray both sides of the flap (or any other piece) at
the same time. |

mounted to a sawhorse and ready for primer and paint. |
