Riveted on this lower aluminum piece on the forward side of the firewall. This piece helps with pulling air through the cowl for additional cooling. |

I ordered the $210.00
muffler heater option from RANS. This is the piece in the engine
compartment that the hose will attach to coming from the muff around the
muffler. The big hole is used to vent the hot air back into the engine
compartment when the heat is turned 'off'.
